Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 7 days.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at hello@mayashakti.in with your order number
  2. Include photos of the damaged/defective product
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For replacements, a new shipment is dispatched within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable

Opened flour packages (unless defective), custom/bulk wholesale orders, and products damaged due to improper storage by the customer are not eligible for refund.
