This batch was milled on Stone #4 during the cooler morning hours to ensure minimal heat generation. The wheat grains were rested for 45 days post-harvest before milling, allowing the gluten structure to mature perfectly.

Baking Suggestions

Best suited for Roti, Chapati, and Phulka. Due to high water absorption, we recommend using warm water for kneading and letting the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.
