From Grain
to Cloud
The coarsely ground flour flows through sealed glass pipes, maintaining cold temperatures as it enters the second chakki for an ultra-fine finish.

Regenerative Cultivation
Our journey begins in the mineral-rich black cotton soils of Sehore. We partner with farmers who employ regenerative practices, avoiding synthetic fertilizers to ensure the soil remains alive.
The Golden Harvest
Harvesting occurs only when the moisture content of the grain drops to the optimal level. The grains are left to rest in climate-controlled silos for 45 days to mature.
Cold Stone Milling
Our custom-engineered chakki stones rotate at a slow 80 RPM, keeping the temperature below 45°C and preserving the delicate wheat germ and nutrients.
Precision Sifting
The freshly milled flour passes through micron-level sieves to achieve perfect grades, then packed in breathable, eco-friendly cotton sacks.

Industrial milling prioritizes speed and shelf life over nutrition and flavor. We reject this compromise. Our traditional stone chakki operates at low temperatures, preserving the wheat germ, natural oils, and complex aromas.
